The LynxNet® 4O is a network-based output device with 4 “Normally Open” relays. When an alarm is sent from the LynxGuide server, the LynxNet® 4O can be selected as an output for the alarm to activate any or all of the four relays.
The relays can stay closed for a pre-configured time period or until a reset clear is sent. Add power to the relay circuit to turn on lights or use the relays as a logical tie-in to other systems. The standard configuration is “Normally Open” and optionally can be ordered as “Normally Closed”. The LynxNet®4O-32 has a 1 amp relay with gold contacts for control signals.
The LynxGuide server also fully supervises the device and can activate an alarm if the connection is lost. The LynxNet® 4O output device is ideal for connecting into access control systems, controlling other devices, or connecting into monitored alarm panels to contact law enforcement or other responders.
