The LYNX-ST-P-M indoor strobe is a PoE network device with 7 visual strobe colors and an audible alert. The LynxNeStrobe is activated by the LynxGuide server. The strobe can be activated until an all-clear is sent or a pre-set timer expires.

Communication Protocal
The LynxNet hardware and Lynx Client software achieves bidirectional communication through a client-initiated, persistent socket session to the LynxGuide server on ports 10117-10121. No network ingress connections are required. All server communications are TLS encrypted. In addition to providing security, this method is ideal if the hardware is behind a gateway, as no NAT rules are required to achieve connectivity.
