The LYNX-STRB-A indoor strobe is a PoE network device with a blue visual strobe. It includes a blue strobe and a LynxNet output device with switched 12 VDC Power or PoE out for activating the strobe.

Communication Protocal
The LynxNet hardware and Lynx Client software achieves bidirectional communication through a client-initiated, persistent socket session to the LynxGuide server on ports 10117-10121. No network ingress connections are required. All server communications are TLS encrypted. In addition to providing security, this method is ideal if the hardware is behind a gateway, as no NAT rules are required to achieve connectivity.
