Output Devices

All software or hardware Output devices for the Lynx system communicate with the LynxGuide server via your network.
When any Lynx system Input device is activated, a small message is sent to the LynxGuide server.
That message can then activate any of the Lynx system Output devices.

LynxMessenger - PC “PopUp” Alerts

The LynxMessenger client software is a simple-to-use instant messaging program. The LynxMessenger client software simply needs to be loaded on any Windows-based PC (individually or using an MSI push). Alerts can be sent to individuals or groups for notification of specific issues. The PC can receive instant alerts from any Lynx System input device, including Desktop Icons, LynxKey Hot Keys software, LynxUSB hardwired USB panic buttons, LynxNet256 wireless panic button receiver, and the LynxNet hardwired input devices.  LynxMessenger will work on any PC that can reach the LynxGuide server inside your network (does not go through Fire walls).

SMS Text Messages

Built in to the server software is the ability to communicate to cell phones via SMS, text pagers and PDAs via SMS text messaging or email.
 For Mass Text Notification the Lynx system connects you to a high capacity SMS-PRO messaging platform 6.3 cents per message.

LynxNet4io

The LynxNet4iO provides 4 relay outputs that are controlled by the LynxGuide server. The relays can be activated by any of the Lynx systems inputs. The 8 amp power relay model allows for direct control of devices requiring power to be switched for activation. The 1 amp relay model, has gold relay contacts to allow for control of devices that require a dry contact closure. Both models come configured for Normally Opened operation, but can be factory configured for Normally Closed operation. Simple to install, requires network connection and power.  A 12 VDC power supply is included.

LynxNetPA

The LynxNetPA device outputs line level or up to 1/2 watt audio to you PA system. The LynxGuide server streams wave files or text to speech to the LynxNetPA when an alarm is activated. The LynxNetPA can also be tied into other audio systems that can take a line level audio input such as an Emergency Broadcast system.

LynxDispatcher

The LynxDispatcher allows any of your Lynx alarms, software or hardware, to communicate to your existing radio system. The messages can be pre-recorded Wave files or you can use the built-in text to speech feature. Alarms that have been pre-setup can have a message in one of your employees voices key your radios. For applications with variables the alarm subject with the additional message is converted to speech and verbalized through your radio system. This works well for Code alerts with added instructions or alarms created using Macros that link the PC/employee data to the alarm.

LynxStrobe

The LynxStrobe provides audible and visual notification of alerts via your network. The four colors Red, Yellow, Green, Blue are ideal for Codes etc. The Rugged steel construction and wall mountable design (vertical) make it ideal for lobbies, classrooms and other public areas. Simple to install, requires network connection and power. The LynxStrobe master can have up to 3 additional remote strobes connected to it within 100 feet – ideal for hallways and locations that all need to be activated at the same time.

LynxSiren

The LynxSiren provides audible and visual notifications alerts in outdoor and noisy areas. The 122 dB siren combined with the 60,000 candle power strobe, makes this suitable for security applications and in noisy environments including warehouses, loading docks, production floors or any other situation where a high output warning is required. The weatherproof construction allows the LynxSiren to be installed outdoors for notifying in outdoor public.

LynxVoicePlan

LynxVoicePlan lets you send verbal, text to speech messages to specific 10 digit phone numbers when an alarm is activated. The text message is automatically changed from text to a verbal message. The Lynx System also logs if the call is answered by a person or an answering machine.  Each phone called  is a minimum of 1 minute. Monthly minutes roll over to the next month for a 12 month period. Addition minutes are deducted from the last month of the 12 month plan.  It takes approx 2 seconds to call each phone.
